Our culinary Journey will carry on after a summer break to land in “Bangladesh”.
Bangladeshi foods contain staples like varieties of rice, flat breads and meat dishes.
Its excellence lies in the perfect balance and the choice of spices and what goes with what.

Singara (also known by Samosa):
This is a typical Bengali name and very popular snack in Bangladesh, made out of very crispy dough filled with potatoes and peas and deep fried.
Dal Puri:
A dough stuffed with red lintel paste and flavoured with assorted spices
Chutney:
Both dishes are served with a chutney from the Chef choice.
